Breakfast Sammich Strikes Again!

By now, you're probably familiar with my addic...love of sandwiches. If not, well then here's a taste of what I'm tasting on the regs.


Today's breakfast creation is one of my oven-baked specialties. Small Pyrex dish + onions, meat, eggs and cheese on toast = UMMM YES PLEASE!


Normally I have some Canadian bacon or ham that I slice or dice into the mix, but today I changed it up a bit with some pork breakfast sausage. I sliced up two links of what will eventually be known as breakfast cancer sticks and let those cook in the Pyrex for about 10 minutes before I poured my beaten egg mix over the top. Then this badboy bakes for approximately 10 more minutes, cheese is tossed on top and melting is achieved.

Smokin' hot, right? Look at those curves! What's her number? Where's she from?


So many questions but so little time until this thing cools down. Gotta eat it while it's hot!
